Hello .

My name is Amy Austin, not a blogger but i'm using this for displaying my art, as was suggested by another art site . Only really an artist in the self proclaimed sense, but you know . Just figured maybe I could use an actual profile type of thing .. maybe should have done this first , but oh well .

MUSICIAN ?.. or so I like to think . I play a black epiphone, sg, :) ..or anything else you want to pass me, actually . Far as listening goes , .. Tool, Metallica, Alien Ant Farm, Buckethead, Wintersleep, Fiona Apple, Necrophagist, Amy Winehouse, Nirvana, ZZ Top .. You get it .

I like things . & how they look, & seeing them . Just anything around me, as fruity as that sounds . I like .. looking at things . & seeing them . &, I doubt that makes sense . But, I know what I mean so you don't have to . Kind of my explanation to why I like art .

I DO NOT LIKE ANIME . & I am a teenage artist . & I do not like Anime . At all . Strap me to a golden band; rare as a fucking diamond, I swear it .

I draw mostly figures lately, went through a portrait stage too . Then I just started filling pages with ink drawings until there wasn't white showing . SO YES . Look at them, & tell me what you think . Critique welcome .

Figure Studies

FIGURE STUDIES, first & second one = about 10-15 minutes, same with the last . Third & fourth, probably about half an hour . 4b pencil & eraser, FROM THE DOLLARAMA, & what ?!
